Lettuce be Done

I have to say that I've really learned allot about hydroponics and lettuce over the last couple of months, and it has been a lot of fun to have a small garden growing in my office in the "dead of winter" so to speak.  I think I'm ready to move on to something a little more involved, but I'm not sure I'll have enough time to do a complete grow cycle before I need to get my plants for my outside garden started this spring.... So I'll have to think about it, maybe I can try something that grows really fast like radishes ?? not sure yet. But I definitely want to use it for all my spring starts.
